Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Damaged Packages

• Photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the packaging

We will review the claim and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
